I hope Jackie is okay with this, but I wanted to say something...
I know that Jackie accidentally estimated the cost of shipping her items in her Etsy shop WAY lower than they actually cost, because she's new to all of it and hadn't done it before. She just sold some chimes that cost 30 dollars to ship and she only charged the buyer 5 dollars shipping! She didn't have the heart to adjust it, of course, but I hate to see this happening to her in such a time in her life. She needs all the finincial security she can get.
I'm not sure what can be done about this, but I wonder if you have any ideas...?
Sorry, Jackie, if you're reading this, I just hate to see you lose money like this, please forgive me!
